The Prado 250 Power Series – Integrated PowerDeck, Powered Wings and Lighting in One Complete System
Most 12 volt setups are built piece by piece.
A battery box here. A few sockets there. Lights added later.
It works, but it never feels clean or properly integrated. Wiring ends up messy, space gets wasted and every new accessory means starting again.
At Lawson Automotive, we do it differently.
We design complete systems from day one.
Integrated powered side wing fitted to the Prado 250 PowerDeck, providing clean waist height access to Anderson and 12 volt outlets without messy wiring or lost storage space.
The Prado 250 Power Series combines three key upgrades into one cohesive platform that works together as a single solution. The PowerDeck, the Powered Side Wing and integrated LED lighting are all designed to function as one system, not separate add ons.
One install. One system. Zero clutter.
Everything starts with the PowerDeck.
Instead of trying to find somewhere to mount a battery, we build the power system directly into the floor itself. Hidden under the deck is a fully integrated lithium setup including a 100 amp hour ultra slim lithium battery, a Redarc Alpha 25 amp DC to DC charger with Bluetooth monitoring, fully loomed and fused wiring, Anderson accessory outlets, solar input, USB charging and provision for future expansion.
The result is a flat, usable cargo floor with serious power built in.

No portable boxes. No lost storage space. No exposed wiring. Just a Prado that is genuinely power ready.
Once the power system is in place, access matters just as much as capacity.

The Powered Side Wing puts all your outlets exactly where you need them at waist height and easy to reach. There is no crawling around on the floor and no extension leads running across the cargo area. You simply plug in and go.
Outlets such as Anderson plugs, USB charging and 12 volt sockets are pre wired and fused as part of the main system. Because the wing integrates directly with the INFINITY structure, it looks factory and does not steal storage space.
Every accessory plugs into the system, not reinvent it.
Lighting is the final piece that most people overlook.
Factory cargo lights are fine for groceries but useless for touring or work. The integrated LED cargo light transforms the rear of the Prado at night with a wide, even light spread and low current draw. Because it runs from the auxiliary battery, you can leave it on while camping without worrying about flattening your start battery.
It is a small upgrade that makes a big difference every single day.
Every part of the Power Series is vehicle specific and CNC cut to suit the Prado 250. The system is strong enough for drawers and slides, hidden and protected under the floor and designed to be serviceable and future expandable.
Simple DIY Power Connection
The Prado 250 PowerDeck is designed to be simple to install, not complicated.
Every system is fully pre-wired, loomed and fused before it leaves our workshop, so there is no custom electrical work required on your vehicle.
Installation is straightforward.
Connect positive and negative at the start battery.
Plug the pre-wired loom into the rear accessory socket.
Bolt the false floor with the integrated battery and charger into the existing factory mounting points.
That’s it.
No drilling.
No cutting or crimping wires.
No special tools.
Most installs take around 40 minutes from start to finish.
Because the charger, lithium battery, fuse protection and outlets are already built into the floor, there is nothing extra to design or wire up.
For many owners, this means you can skip the auto electrician altogether and save hundreds of dollars on installation.
Just fit the floor, plug it in and you are ready to go.
It’s all part of the Lawson approach.
Every accessory plugs into the system, not reinvent it.
