FAQ
Can I purchase the PowerDeck system on its own?
No. PowerDeck is only available integrated inside the INFINITY floor and is not sold separately.
Is the PowerDeck system a complete dual-battery setup?
Yes. PowerDeck includes a lithium deep-cycle battery, Redarc charger, wiring, and output ports — everything needed for a full 12V touring system.
What outlets are included?
All systems include dual Anderson outlets in the recessed hatch.
Adventure Pro and Premium Touring also include USB-C / USB-A ports and a volt gauge.
Does the system work with drawers and fridge slides?
Yes. The recessed left-side service hatch is designed for full access even with drawers and fridge slides installed.
Where are the power outlets located?
Inside a recessed, under-wing service hatch on the left-hand side of the vehicle.
This keeps ports protected, clean, and flush when not in use.
What warranties are included?
Tourer Essentials battery: 3 years
Neuton Power lithium (Adventure Pro & Premium): 5 years
Redarc chargers: Standard Redarc warranty
INFINITY floor: Australian Made using premium materials 5 years
Can I charge while driving?
Yes. All systems use Redarc DC-to-DC charging, providing safe and reliable charging from the vehicle’s alternator.
Can I run a fridge from the system?
Absolutely. Every PowerDeck system includes a dedicated Anderson fridge outlet.
Is the system plug-and-play?
Yes. Installation uses a vehicle-specific loom and factory-friendly mounting points.
Can I add more outlets later?
Yes — the upcoming Power Wing Kit will allow additional USB, Anderson and accessory power options.
Is it safe having the battery inside the floor?
Yes. The module is enclosed, ventilated, and professionally wired with fully protected channels, using components from Redarc and Neuton Power.
