The Lawson Automotive Transit Custom Twin Rear Drawer System provides organised tool storage with two full-width drawers positioned across the rear of the van.
These drawers provide dedicated storage for tools, equipment and materials while remaining easily accessible from the rear doors of the vehicle.
The system forms a strong flat deck across the rear cargo area, creating a durable working platform while keeping tools securely stored underneath.
The front section of the van can also be configured with an optional front false floor platform, creating a protected base surface that allows additional storage modules or equipment to be securely installed.
Designed for trade and service vans, the system provides a durable storage foundation that can be expanded with Lawson Automotive modular upgrades including shelving bays, Milwaukee Packout slide modules and Easy Access storage systems depending on the requirements of the vehicle setup.
Storage Upgrade Zones
The Transit Custom storage system is designed around four dedicated upgrade zones within the vehicle. These zones allow additional storage modules to be added depending on the tools and equipment carried.
Refer to the zone map below and select upgrades for the areas you wish to expand.
🟧 Cargo Barrier Zone
Located directly behind the cargo barrier, this front zone is typically configured with a full height shelving bay to maximise vertical storage capacity for tools, parts and equipment.
🟦 Sliding Door Zone (RHS)
Positioned along the sliding door side of the van in the front section of the cargo area, this zone can also support a full height shelving bay when the optional front false floor platform is installed.
🟩 Rear RHS Zone
Located above the rear drawer system, this zone can support Milwaukee Packout slide modules, Easy Access storage systems or fixed drawer-top shelving.
🟪 Rear LHS Zone
The rear left-hand side of the deck area above the drawer system provides additional space for modular upgrades including shelving systems, Easy Access modules or Milwaukee Packout slide modules.
